In the conditions of knowledge economy, most important source competitive advantages organization is human capital. The capital development based on relevant management culture to provide proper material and technical prerequisites for motivating both high activity standards productive performance. Hence efficient organizational modern business environment affects almost all aspects activities a must formation. need understand role as an effective strategic tool in processes actualizes topic this study determines goal - analyze significance transforming potential into social resource that makes production innovation possible. specified presupposes setting number tasks identify essence such concepts "corporate culture", "human capital" potential" their interdependence process functioning organizations. Methodology.
